Our consultants have gained experience at both small and large organizations where we have worked with different HR IT systems, so we have a large network of contacts. We are product independent and aim to show organizations that complexity is created by our own employees and structures.

Consultday provides a fresh view of the HR IT Domain, further optimization of this, new design, making choices, and making the world of HR simpler. Often hand in hand with the HR strategy and vision!

Simplicity, quality and cooperation

Based on the conviction that the HR IT domain is being made more complex than necessary, Pim van den Brule and Ton Groot started Consultday in 2015. Together with a number of colleagues and in collaboration with multiple other organizations, they are working on the new organization for the future. Make employees enthusiastic and make people think differently about HR and HR IT.
