Consultday has been responsible for several (European) tender projects for E-HRM software and HR software within the Dutch Government (Municipalities, Provinces, and Central Government) and the Non-Profit sector (including Water companies, Education, and Energy). We do this as project leaders, consultants, or by providing a second opinion. Consultday has experience with all HCM and payroll software used within the Non-Profit sector (including AFAS, RAET, ADP, SAP and Workday).

As an HR IT Consultant you will play an active role in both national and international projects at the intersection of HR and IT. Partly due to HR Cloud, shortages on the labor market, globalization and many other factors, the transformation of HR is essential for organizations and as an HR IT Consultant you make this transformation possible! It differs per project whether it will be your own project or whether you will be working with another junior or senior consultant. 

 As a consultant you are responsible for solving HR issues and contributing to the implementation of new HR IT solutions. All this to achieve the optimal design of the HR function and the most suitable application of HR Technologies.
