Consultday groeit, en daarom zoeken wij een HR IT business consultant die, naast mooie opdrachten, mee wilt bouwen aan Consultday!
Door HR Cloud, krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, globalisering en nog vele andere factoren is de Transformatie van HR essentieel voor organisaties. Als HR IT Business Consultant ga je een actieve rol spelen in zowel nationale als internationale projecten op het snijvlak van HR en IT. Je gaat helpen met het oplossen van HR-vraagstukken en bijdragen aan de implementatie van nieuwe HR (Tech) oplossingen. Dit alles om te komen tot de optimale inrichting van de HR-functie en de beste passende toepassing van HR Technologieën. Afhankelijk van jouw kwaliteiten, ervaring en ambities kan je denken aan rollen als:

Wat je gaat doen
Door HR Cloud, krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, globalisering en nog vele andere factoren is de Transformatie van HR essentieel voor organisaties. Om onze klanten hierin blijvend te ondersteunen zoeken wij een recruiter die ons gaat helpen aan nieuw HR Tech talent! Hierbij gaat het om zowel vaste functies als interim opdrachten, en de inzet van onze TechCoaches.
Je zult je bezighouden met het werven van nieuwe collega’s, contact met onze klanten, het uitbouwen van ons interim-netwerk en het verder brengen van onze TechCoach propositie.

What will you be doing?
As an HR IT Consultant you will play an active role in both national and international projects at the intersection of HR and IT. Partly due to HR Cloud, shortages on the labor market, globalization and many other factors, the transformation of HR is essential for organizations and as an HR IT Consultant you make this transformation possible! It differs per project whether it will be your own project or whether you will be working with another junior or senior consultant.
As a consultant you are responsible for solving HR issues and contributing to the implementation of new HR IT solutions. All this to achieve the optimal design of the HR function and the most suitable application of HR Technologies.
What will you bring?
You are performance oriented, ambitious and like a dynamic working atmosphere. Furthermore, you have developed strong communicative and analytical skills. Being able to quickly analyse complex issues and formulate a suitable solution is not a problem for you. You are interested in technical developments in the area of HR.
